The Boathouse Studio:  Located at tree top level amid a natural setting, the studio provides the ultimate in privacy and comfort.  Enter from the deck through French doors to a large room that has a sitting area with gas fireplace stove, a dinette with small refrigerator, and a queen size bed in a separated ell.  A private bath with glass shower stall adjoins the sleeping area. Higgins Pond is seen through the French doors next to the bed. The deck on the opposite side looks toward woods and Gull Pond and is the perfect spot for viewing wildlife. To get to the studio, occupants must be able to walk a short distance on uneven ground and climb a staircase of fifteen steps.
